Blood orange salad with red onion and fennel

minutesOrange with fennel and red onion. Not very obvious, until you taste it. Then you understand completely. Perfect combination, brings out the best in each other without one ingredient dominating. Delicious.
Ingredients
4 blood orange
0,5 red onion
0,5 fennel bulb
good olive oil
little red wine vinegar
Cooking time
- Peel the oranges so that no white flesh remains. Then cut the wedges into pieces.
Chop the red onion finely into cubes or thin rings.
Cut the fennel into very thin rings.
Mix everything well.
Pour over the olive oil and the red wine vinegar. Plus some of the juice from the oranges if you’ve been able to collect some of that.
