Broccoli in delicious spicy labneh

minutesFestive broccoli or bimi on the table. Nice spicy labneh what more could a person want?
Ingredients
1 kilo bimi or broccoli
250 ml plant based yogurt
250 ml vegetable cream that you can whip up
2 chili peppers
bosje fresh cilantro
bosje fresh dill
0,5 table spoon Sumac and pul biber
nigella seeds
Cooking time
- Whip the cream with a mixer.
Spoon these into your yogurt.
Add the finely chopped red peppers, finely chopped herbs, sumac and pul biber.
Put away cold, then it can stiffen further. - Cook the broccoli or bimi al dente.
- Spoon the broccoli onto a platter and spoon the labneh generously over it. Drizzle some nigella seeds over it.
