Broccoli in delicious spicy labneh

Festive broccoli or bimi on the table. Nice spicy labneh what more could a person want?

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo bimi or broccoli

  • 250 ml plant based yogurt

  • 250 ml vegetable cream that you can whip up

  • 2 chili peppers

  • bosje fresh cilantro

  • bosje fresh dill

  • 0,5 table spoon Sumac and pul biber

  • nigella seeds

Cooking time

  • Whip the cream with a mixer.
    Spoon these into your yogurt.
    Add the finely chopped red peppers, finely chopped herbs, sumac and pul biber.
    Put away cold, then it can stiffen further.
  • Cook the broccoli or bimi al dente.
  • Spoon the broccoli onto a platter and spoon the labneh generously over it. Drizzle some nigella seeds over it.
