Kale Salad. Yes yes, and nice that he is. Crunchy, sweet, spicy, fresh. And really a winter salad. How great is that, right?

Ingredients

  • 150 gram sliced kale

  • 150 gram cooked beetroot

  • 2 Tasty sweet fresh apples. not too hard

  • 1 red onion

  • 100 gram shelled walnuts

  • 50 ml agave syrup

  • olive oil

  • Balsamic

Cooking time

  • Massage the kale with the olive oil and balsamic. Put away for a while. The longer this can soak in, the softer the kale becomes.
  • Cut the red onion into thin rings. Cut the apples into small cubes, with skin. And also cut the beetroot into small cubes.
  • Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan until nice and crispy and at the end cover them with a good dash of agave syrup. You can also add some dried chili pepper on top.
  • Build up the salad with the kale first, then the beetroot, the apple. On top of the red onion and walnuts.
