Ingredients
1 package spaghetti
750 gram mushrooms
3 onions
4 cloves garlic
1 package vegan crème fraîche
100 gram vegan Parmesan cheese
0,5 bouquet parsley
olive oil
3 eetlepels truffle paste from a pot
1 table spoon vegan chicken broth
Directions
- Cut the onions, not too large not too small pieces.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Preheat a thick bottomed pan. - Pour the olive oil in the pan, heat it, and fry the onions nice gold. Add the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms. Turn up the heat and fry them for 5-10 minutes until brown and all the liquid is gone.
- Then, turn down the heat. Add the chicken broth (powder) and stir well. Add the truffle paste and stir again. Add the crème fraîche and let it warm up gently.
- Add the cheese. Cut the parsley en add both to the sauce. You can add the sauce to the spaghetti or serve it in separate platters. It’s up to you.
