minutesThis is a wonderful side dish. It is as creamy as it can get, a sauce with character. A sauce that speaks to you and says: there is only one chance for a first impression. Well, here I am. A sauce that you will make many times. Lovely with a salad or a vegetable side dish as an accompanying dish.
Ingredients
1 package pasta
200 gram walnuts
100 gram vegan parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
50 gram plant based butter
5 table spoons olive oil
0,5 bouquet fresh basil
100 ml vegan cream
salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Grind the walnuts together with the garlic in a food processor. Add the butter, olive oil, parmesan cheese and the fresh basil. Grind again.
- Bring it in a pan and add the cream.
- Mix with the pasta and serve.
