minutesAs a vegan side dishes like this one are more important to you, as an important part of your meal. Well, this one is a great addition, a great way of preparing potatoes. Spicy, crispy, just great.
Ingredients
1 kilo potatoes
1 bouquet spring onions
1 red bell pepper
half bouquet parsley
1 lemon (juice)
2 table spoons olive oil
2 tea spoons chili flakes
2 tea spoons sumac
salt and pepper
Preparation
- Rinse the potatoes very well and boil them in their skin. Do not cut them in too small pieces.
- Cut the spring onions in slices. Cut the pepper in pieces. Cut the parsley leaves.
- Mix the lemon juice, the olive oil, the chili flakes, the sumac, the salt and pepper into a dressing.
- When the potatoes are done, drain them. Let them steam off for a few minutes. Then bring them into a bowl and mix all ingredients.
