Buns with coriander seeds and cumin seeds

Ingredients
500 gram flour
2 table spoon cumin seeds
2 table spoon coriander seeds
1 bouquet fresh cilantro
120 ml olive oil
50 ml plant based milk
150 ml warm water
salt and pepper
preparation
- Mix the yeast with warm milk and let it do its work, about 5 minutes.
Then mix the flour, yeast, olive oil and water and the spices, salt and pepper all together to form a nice dough. Knead it well for five minutes. - Let the dough rest for an hour in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
Make small balls of the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes.
