Delicious spicy sandwiches. Delicious with everything. With sweet. With savory. Just as it is.

Ingredients

  • 500 gram flour

  • 2 table spoon cumin seeds

  • 2 table spoon coriander seeds

  • 1 bouquet fresh cilantro

  • 120 ml olive oil

  • 50 ml plant based milk

  • 150 ml warm water

  • salt and pepper

preparation

  • Mix the yeast with warm milk and let it do its work, about 5 minutes.
    Then mix the flour, yeast, olive oil and water and the spices, salt and pepper all together to form a nice dough. Knead it well for five minutes.
  • Let the dough rest for an hour in a warm place.
  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
    Make small balls of the dough and place them on a baking tray.
    Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes.
