Lima bean red pepper dip

hourLima beans, what would I do without them. And here together with sweet fried paprika, cumin and garlic. Delicious.
Ingredients
1 pot lima beans
2 red peppers
10 cloves garlic
1 table spoon cumin
1 Lemon
olive oil
salt and pepper
Cooking time
- Rinse the lima beans well under the tap.
Cut the peppers into pieces and the garlic cloves in half. Bake these in the olive oil nice and soft and brown. Then add the lima beans and let them fry for a while. Now also add the cumin powder. - Then put everything (including the oil) in the food processor together with the juice of the lemon. Grind it into a deliciously creamy dip. Add a little lemon juice if it’s too thick for your liking.
