Crunchy spicy cauliflower

minutesFried cauliflower. Delicious spice mixture. And then some fresh lemon over it on your plate. This is how simple, healthy, fresh and slightly spicy I can’t make it for you. And really nice, of course.
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
200 ml sunflower oil
1 lemon
2 tea spoons coriande seeds, cumin seeds, 10 black pepper seeds
1 tea spoon fennel seed
Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Heat a deep frying pan and pour in the oil. Deep fry the cauliflower florets for about 10 minutes until crispy brown. In the meantime, you can crush the herbs in a mortar.
- Let the cauliflower rest for a while and drain on kitchen paper. Then place them on a dish with the lemon wedges around it. Divide the spice mixture over the cauliflower wedges. If you have some left over, put it in a bowl on the table. Then a little more can be taken if needed.
