Kohlrabi à la Mediterannée

minutesSometimes you want to prepare a dish simply because you know your house will fill up with the nicest smell. That’s also the case with this dish. The fresh rosemary, the potatoes and the garlic work perfectly together and ensure that you get hungry.
Ingredients
3 kohlrabis
1 kilo potatoes, preferably small ones, in the skin
4 branches rosemary
some dried thyme
5 cloves garlic
olive oil
preparation
- Peel the kohlrabis en cut them into pieces, not too small. Cook them for around 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes in two halfs. Place them in an oven platter together with the garlic.
- When the kohlrabi has cooked for 10 minutes, drain them and let all the damp evaporate. And place them in the platter as well.
Als de koolrabi 10 minuten gekookt heeft, giet ze af, laat ze even verdampen en leg ze dan ook in de ovenschaal. - Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
- Place the rosemary between the potatoes and the kohlrabi. Add some dried thyme. Sprinkle with a lot of olive oil. Add sea salt and pepper to your taste.
- Place the platter in the oven for 45 minutes. Stir now and again.
