Oranges and black olives. My first reaction is: yesssssss. But I could also imagine you saying: well, not sure … let’s see… It is not a very common combination, but I would say: give it a try.

Ingredients

  • 4 very sweet oranges

  • 20 black olives

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 -2 lemons

  • 3 table spoons olive oil

  • 0,5 tea spoon ground cumin and paprika

  • pinch chili pepper

  • 1 bouquet parsley

  • salt

Preparation

  • Peal the oranges and make sure you take off the white flesh as well. Then cut every part in four.
    Cut the olives in slices.
    Cut the red onion in pieces.
  • Mix everything well.
    Cut the parsley leaves.
  • Mix the olive oil and the lemon juice, the herbs and the salt.
  • Mix it all well and take a dive.
