Ingredients
1 radicchio
3 table spoons balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic
salt en fresh black pepper
3 table spoons olive oil
few branches fresh thyme
preparation
- Slice the radicchio.
Preheat a frying pan, put the olive oil in it. - Fry the radicchio and turn it over all the time in the pan. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the balsamic and let it caramelise in the pan.
- Take off the thyme leaves by moving a fork in the opposite direction along the twig.
Bring it to taste with salt and pepper.
