Ingredients

  • 1 radicchio

  • 3 table spoons balsamic vinegar

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • salt en fresh black pepper

  • 3 table spoons olive oil

  • few branches fresh thyme

preparation

  • Slice the radicchio.
    Preheat a frying pan, put the olive oil in it.
  • Fry the radicchio and turn it over all the time in the pan. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the balsamic and let it caramelise in the pan.
  • Take off the thyme leaves by moving a fork in the opposite direction along the twig.
    Bring it to taste with salt and pepper.
