Mizuna, pear and chickpea salad with rose harissa

Colorful, tasteful, surprising. Sweet and spicy. Crunchy and soft. What more could you want? You can replace the mizuna with lamb’s lettuce or arugula, for example. Also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mizuna, lamb’s lettuce or arugula

  • 2 ripe sweet pears

  • 1 can chick peas

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 Hand Sunflower seeds

  • 1 large table spoon roseharissa

  • 1 Lemon

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Cooking time

  • Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes.
    Finely chop the red onion.
  • Make a tasty dressing from the harissa, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Place the green lettuce at the bottom of the dish. Put the drained and rinsed chickpeas on top, then the pear pieces.
    Pour the dressing over it. Garnish with the red onion and sunflower seeds.
