Caramelized potatoes from the oven with prunes

minutesPotatoes at its best. Crispy from the oven. Caramelized by a little sugar. And extra sweet and delicious because of the prunes that go so fantastically with it.
Ingredients
1 kilo Charlotte potatoes
400 gram Dried plums
olive oil
4 table spoon cane sugar
salt and pepper
Cooking time
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces with skin and all. Place them in a baking dish and spoon the sugar over them, along with the olive oil and salt and pepper. Shake the bowl well back and forth and up and down so that all potatoes are coated with everything.
- Add the plums, spread them over the shell.
- Put the dish in the oven and bake the potatoes for 1 hour. Stir the potatoes every now and then. Then prick them with a knife to see if they are cooked.
