Green peas, they are not my favourite. To put it mildly. Don’t find them deep in my heart at all. Sorry. So then you will see how you can serve them with a real wow effect. And that has worked incredibly well here. I even like to eat peas.
1 kilo 1 peas
500 500 small shalots
12 cloves 12 garlic
250 gram 250 shallots, finely chopped
250 ml 250 dry sherry
250 ml 250 plant based cream
1-2 table spoon 1-2 za’atar
1 table spoon 1 sumac
100 ml 100 white wine
salt and pepper
