Ingredients
2 dry slices of bread soaked in water
150 gram walnuts
2 table spoons pomegranate molasses
50 gram pomegranate seeds
50 gram pine nuts
0,5 lemon (for its juice)
1 clove garlic
1 deciliter olive oil
salt and pepper
0,5 table spoon chili
0,5 table spoon cumin
Preparation
- Actually, you simply need to mix all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the pomegranate seeds and the pine nuts. If the dip turns out too thick, just at some water. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dip in a nice bowl, divide the pomegranate seeds and the pine nuts over it.
Serve with some lettuce and pita bread.
