This walnut dip appears on your table very often in the Middle-East. But not so much in other regions. That’s a pity because it’s so delicious. With drinks, as a mezze dish or even just on a cracker with some lettuce.
2 2 dry slices of bread soaked in water
150 gram 150 walnuts
2 table spoons 2 pomegranate molasses
50 gram 50 pomegranate seeds
50 gram 50 pine nuts
0,5 0,5 lemon (for its juice)
1 clove 1 garlic
1 deciliter 1 olive oil
salt and pepper
0,5 table spoon 0,5 chili
0,5 table spoon 0,5 cumin
