As tasty as it looks on this spoon, it is. Sweet from the paprika, spicy from the red pepper, fresh from the mint. Delicious with some bread as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers

  • 3 chili peppers

  • 1 table spoon pomegranate melasses

  • 0,5 table spoon dried mint

  • 4 spring onions

  • 1 lemon for its juice

  • salt and pepper

  • olive oil

  • some fresh mint

Cooking time

  • Cut the peppers and bell pepper into coarse pieces and fry in the olive oil until soft and sweet, together with the spring onion cut into rings. Do this for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix this together with all the other ingredients in a food processor. Garnish with some fresh mint leaves, if desired.
