This salade is really something different. A salty salade. For the dressing we used soy sauce. This give it a totally different taste. An addition to the salad family. Green asparagus, soy beans, spinach, avocado… green comes in many colours. A red pepper adds a bite to it together with the green lemon. But there is more..

Ingredients

  • 400 gram fresh spinach

  • 250 gram soy beans

  • 1 large red onion

  • 300 gram green asparagus

  • 1 red chili pepper

  • nigella seeds

  • 2 table spoons sesame oil

  • 2 table spoons soy sauce

  • 1 lime

  • salt and pepper

preparation

  • Cut the bottom piece of the asparagus and bake them in some olive oil and sea salt until they are nice and brown.
  • Add the spinach into a large salad bowl. Add the soy beans.
  • Cut the red onion in pieces and do the same for the red chili.
  • Make a dressing out of the sesame oil (2 table spoons), soy sauce (2 table spoons), the lime (2 table spoons) and the salt and pepper.
  • Cut the asparagus in three and add them to the salad together with the red onion and the red chili pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad.
  • Sprinkle the nigella seeds over the salad.
