Chard does not appear on our table on a daily base. But, if one gets a lot of chard in the house, one becomes creative. This turned out to be a very creative culinary recipe. Soft, creamy, tasteful.


  • 1 package butterfly pasta

  • 750 gram fresh chard

  • 2 onions

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 200 ml plant based cream

  • 150 gram plantbased parmezan cheese

  • 0,5 bouquet dill

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper


  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Pour in a little olive oil. When it is hot, you can fry the chopped onion. Then add the garlic and fry it well. Cut the chard into coarse strips and add this to the onion as well. Stir well.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta in another pan according to package directions.
  • When the chard has shrunk well and the moisture has evaporated, you can add the cream. When it is hot, add the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, finely chop the dill and stir it briefly into the sauce.
  • Mix with the pasta and serve.
