minutesIf only it were happy hour all day long. A toast, a cracker, a piece of carrot or cucumber together with this dip… It’s always exactly the right time for it. And because it’s so good, you’re always looking forward to it.
Ingredients
250 gram 250 fresh spinach
80 gram 80 cashew nuts
20 blaadjes 20 fresh basil
75 gram 75 vegan parmesan cheese
50 ml 50 vegan oat cream
1 table spoon 1 chili flakes
some salt and pepper
2 cloves 2 garlic
Preparation
- When you have rinsed the spinach well, put it in the blender along with all the other ingredients. You may have to give it a stir, push it down a bit. If it is still too thick, you can add a dash of olive oil. But don’t be too generous or your dip might be too runny.
