If only it were happy hour all day long. A toast, a cracker, a piece of carrot or cucumber together with this dip… It’s always exactly the right time for it. And because it’s so good, you’re always looking forward to it.

Ingredients

  • 250 gram 250 fresh spinach

  • 80 gram 80 cashew nuts

  • 20 blaadjes 20 fresh basil

  • 75 gram 75 vegan parmesan cheese

  • 50 ml 50 vegan oat cream

  • 1 table spoon 1 chili flakes

  • some salt and pepper

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic

Preparation

  • When you have rinsed the spinach well, put it in the blender along with all the other ingredients. You may have to give it a stir, push it down a bit. If it is still too thick, you can add a dash of olive oil. But don’t be too generous or your dip might be too runny.
