Ingredients
- Harissa butter
1 1 shalot
1 clove 1 garlic
150 gram 150 plant based butter
1 table spoon 1 red harissa (see recipe elsewhere on the site or use ready-made harissa)
- Apricot cardamom butter
7 7 dried apricot
1,5 table spoon 1,5 ground cardamom
7 table spoon 7 powdered sugar
150 gram 150 plant based butter
Cooking time
- Harissa butter
- Mix all ingredients well in the food processor. Store the butter in a sealed plastic bag. Then serve with a piping nozzle or cut nice slices of the butter.
- Apricot cardamom butter
- Cut the apricots into strips. And then add all the ingredients to the food processor. Then serve with a piping nozzle or cut nice slices of the butter.
