minutesOf course, you can buy olives ready-made in all kinds of marinades. But marinating yourself is so much nicer, you’ll find out if you’re going to make these olives once. The coriander seeds and lemon zest give a highly tasty but not dominant taste to these green olives. It is best to let the flavours work together for a while before serving.
Ingredients
200 gram green olives
50 gram coriander seeds
1 lemon
50 ml of your nicest olive oil
2 cloves garlic
0,5 bouquet flat parsley
Preparation
- Crush the coriander seeds briefly in a mortar. Then fry them briefly in a dry frying pan so that the flavor is released extra well.
- Wash the lemon and cut half of the lemon into thin slices. Then cut the slices in half.
Squeeze the juice out of the other half.
Cut the garlic cloves in half.
Finely chop the parsley leaves. - Now mix everything together. And finally pour the olive oil over it. Stir everything well and put it aside for a few hours so that all flavors can work well together. If you are going to serve them and you have put the olives in the fridge, take them out in time so you can serve them at room temperature. Then they have much more flavor.
