As a vegan side dishes like this one are more important to you, as an important part of your meal. Well, this one is a great addition, a great way of preparing potatoes. Spicy, crispy, just great.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo potatoes

  • 1 bouquet spring onions

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • half bouquet parsley

  • 1 lemon (juice)

  • 2 table spoons olive oil

  • 2 tea spoons chili flakes

  • 2 tea spoons sumac

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Rinse the potatoes very well and boil them in their skin. Do not cut them in too small pieces.
  • Cut the spring onions in slices. Cut the pepper in pieces. Cut the parsley leaves.
  • Mix the lemon juice, the olive oil, the chili flakes, the sumac, the salt and pepper into a dressing.
  • When the potatoes are done, drain them. Let them steam off for a few minutes. Then bring them into a bowl and mix all ingredients.
