minutesA nice quick pasta that everybody simply loves. Sometimes the chef is applauded for the most simple dishes. Well, this one is the one. On a weekday you will score high points on this one.
Ingredients
1 package 1 spaghetti
150 gram 150 white almonds
2 cloves 2 garlic
50 ml 50 olive oil
150 gram 150 vegan parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1 bouquet 1 fresh basil and fresh parsley
400 gram 400 very ripe cherry tomatoes
preparation
- Prepare a pesto with the almonds, basil, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese and olive oil in a food processor. Add the salt and pepper to your tasting. Do not make the pesto to creamy, it should keep some bite and crispiness to it.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix immediately with as much pesto as you like.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in four and add them to your pasta.
