Potatoes, I’ve slowly but surely started to love them. Especially if they are prepared in a more exciting and interesting way. This recipe does just that. A great mix of flavors, a taste explosion in your mouth. You want to get an idea? Caraway seeds and harissa….

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo potatoes

  • 1 large shallot

  • salt and pepper

  • 0,5 bouquet fresh coriander

  • Dressing
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 table spoon cumin seeds and carraway seeds

  • 2 table spoons harissa

  • 2 table spoons lemon juice

  • 4 table spoons olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Peel the potatoes and cook them until tender. Do not overcook them. Then let them cool down a little.
    Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  • Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a food processor or mortar.
  • Finely chop the shallot and coriander.
    Now mix everything together wonderfully.
