hourSquash and I are not team members. I am not such a fan of pumpkin soup for example. But in this dish pumpkin suddenly transforms into a very tasty meal that is interesting all the way. You have to be patient, waiting until it is cooked enough in the oven, but hey … slow food is the best thing.
Ingredients
1 squash or pumpkin
fresh rosemary
6 tenen knoflook
50 mililiter balsamico
sea salt
50 mililiter olive oil
1-2 table spoons chili flakes
1-2 eetlepels sesame seeds
preparation
- Peel the squash, remove the seeds and cut it into chunks. Place them in a platter. Add all the other ingredients en mix them well: the olive oil, the garlic, the rosemary, the chili flakes and the sesame seeds.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Place the platter in the oven for around 60 minutes. Stick in a fork now and again to see how cooked the squash chunks are. If they are not soft enough, just leave the somewhat longer in the oven.
